LoRA

LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) is a lightweight training method that teaches an existing AI image model one new thing — such as a specific person's face — without retraining the whole model. The result is a small add-on that steers every later generation.

A frontier image model has billions of parameters, and retraining one is expensive and slow. A LoRA sidesteps that: it trains a tiny set of extra weights — megabytes, not gigabytes — on a handful of example images, then plugs into the base model. Everything the base model knows stays intact; the LoRA just bends it toward the new subject.

A concrete example: you upload a dozen selfies, and a LoRA learns your face. From then on, "me as an astronaut" or "me in a charcoal suit" keeps your likeness, because the LoRA injects it into every prompt you run.

How Hermosso uses it: an AI Persona trains a private Flux LoRA on 10–20 of your selfies in about two minutes — or works instantly from one reference photo if you skip training. That personal model is what powers the 67 photoshoot packs, so every pack generates photos of you, not of a lookalike.

Try it on your own photos

Upload a few selfies, and Hermosso trains a private AI model of you — then generates studio-quality photos in any style. Your first credits are free.
